DJ Efi Samba 

DJ Efi Samba is the founder and owner of Samba Entertainment, a premier event entertainment company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Originally from Israel, Efi is fluent in both Hebrew and English, bringing a global perspective to his craft. With a passion for music sparked at the age of 13, he began performing at school functions and private events, quickly establishing himself as a talented DJ, dance music producer, singer, and songwriter.

By age 16, DJ Efi was headlining at top nightclubs in New York and launched Samba Entertainment, specializing in Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, weddings, Sweet 16s, corporate events, and private parties. With over 24 years of experience, Efi’s intuitive ability to read crowds and curate the perfect playlist ensures every event is unforgettable. His diverse music selection spans genres like hip-hop, progressive house, classic rock, techno, R&B, Israeli, Latin, and pop, keeping dance floors packed all night.

In addition to his work with Samba Entertainment, DJ Efi Samba is the visionary behind Dragon Frontboards, a company he founded to revolutionize the DJ and event industry. Inspired by his desire to elevate the visual impact of performances, Efi designed and developed the original light-up DJ facade, a groundbreaking innovation that combines sturdy wooden frames with vibrant Lycra/Spandex or acrylic panels. These portable, foldable facades, such as the popular Naga and Vortex models, cover DJ equipment and cables while illuminating events with stunning LED lighting effects. Dragon Frontboards, based in Fort Lauderdale, has become a trusted name, serving internationally known DJs, nightclubs, and elite venues worldwide. Efi’s commitment to quality and innovation has made Dragon Frontboards the industry leader in custom DJ booths and facades.

Efi also co-founded Solaris Mood, a family-owned event decor and lighting company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he serves as a key creative force. Solaris Mood specializes in transforming event spaces with services like uplighting, draping, glow furniture, and audio-visual rentals for weddings, corporate events, mitzvahs, quinceañeras, and more across Miami, Palm Beaches, and South Florida. With a focus on personalized service and attention to detail, Efi and the Solaris Mood team collaborate closely with clients to create magical, customized atmospheres.
